Notes || Closet Update

Greetings, fellow puddings~

It's time for this months closet update! I'm so happy with this months additions, I think when the weather starts warming up again, you puddings will definitely be seeing them on me. Unfortunately though, Winter is only just starting to peak his head around the corner, so it will probably be a while which sucks. Anyway, no reason why I can't show them off before I get the chance to wear them; so let's get started~

Parental Advisory and Badass Bitch Crops
I bought these two crop tops from Cheep after the Food Truck Rumble. The parental advisory crop isn't of the best quality, but the black crop.. oh my god. It fits like a dream and is so silky and shiny, it honestly pains me that it's not socially acceptable to wear the same shirt every day. Not to say the other crop isn't a great piece, it's just harder to match with an outfit whereas this one.. wow. It's probably my favourite piece of clothing I've bought this month.

Lace and Cannabis Crops
I bought both these pieces on the day I went to the vintage market, but I got the pink crop when I took Jade to Cheep. I really need to find another store to obsess over, but I can't help myself. Plus there's something about making fun of advertisements that makes me giggle. I haven't gotten the chance to wear either of these yet, and now that the weather is cooling down, I think it might be a while, but I can't wait. I'm really keen to see what kind of outfits I can create with the blue lace crop.

Gingham and Plaid Skirts
These were also from the Polka Dot markets. I'm a complete sucker for plaid and gingham prints, so when I saw these, I knew I had to take them home. I wore the plaid skirt to Uni and was a bit disappointed to find that it was much shorter than I had originally anticipated. But I was determined to wear it, so I threw on some leggings and rocked the 80's prostitute look~ I'll probably have to be careful when making an outfit with the pink one because I have a feeling that if I wear too much black, I might end up looking like Avril Lavigne back in 2003.

Tie Dye Skirt and Mesh Shirt
More loot from the polka dot markets~ I'm not going to lie; I didn't have an outfit planned when I bought these two items, I've just always wanted a mesh shirt (even if this one is stupidly a bit oversized) and I didn't actually realise the skirt was tie dyed until later on, I just saw pastel colours and went for it.

So that's this months closet update; I really love keeping track of everything like this, especially when it turns out I haven't spent as much money as I thought I had. Plus I like showing people new clothes, I kind of feel like a proud child like ~look what I've got~
I'm hoping that next months update will have items more suitable for the coming weather because it seems like all I've bought recently is various crop tops and I don't really get the chance to wear any of them because it's currently freezing. Maybe I'll make it a rule that I can't buy any more summer pieces until I invest in a new sweater.

Yeah, I like that.
